About the Owner
Hi! My name is Sierra, and I am the Owner and sole provider of Rascals Retreat! I have worked within the daycare & caregiving industry in both Wisconsin and Minnesota for 5+ years! I have always had a dream of opening up my own in-home, and now I have the means to do it.
Me and my partner have two littles together, Kennedy (4) and Finley (infant). In our free time we love to be outside riding our four wheelers, going on walks, or just enjoying the fresh air. We love watching sports, and more importantly we love finding new places to explore and try! I cannot wait to get to know your littles & your families as we grow together!
Our Mission
Here at Rascals Retreat, I aim to provide a happy, safe, nurturing, stimulating environment for children of all ages. I will do this by respecting & listening to children & parents/guardians.
I believe in play-based learning. We will have several of activities, dramatic play, outdoor time and hands on projects to help your children learn while having fun!
I strive to maintain a developmentally appropriate environment, which caters to individuality, teamwork, creativity, and respects/embraces the beauty of diversity.
